Sagittarius Horoscope — September 2026

The month begins with Mars Mars in Cancer moving through your 8th house of intimacy, shared finances, trust, vulnerability and psychological transformation.

You may find yourself dealing with something you can’t simply think your way out of. Mars here can bring strong emotions to the surface, particularly around intimacy, control, trust or the things you share with another person.

There may also be practical matters around shared money, debts, investments or financial arrangements. There might be a struggle to get your romantic partner to get on the same financial page with you for example. You are confronting what you share with others and feeling the restrictions of your money and wealth as it stands now. 

September 10; Venus enters Scorpio, your 12th house of the unconscious, retreat and endings.

Venus moves into one of the quieter areas of your chart. Venus in the 12th can bring hidden feelings into consciousness, including feelings around love or relationships that you haven’t fully acknowledged. It can represent a hidden love, or harboring romantic feelings for someone you can’t express it to. 

September 10; Uranus turns retrograde in Gemini, your 7th house of relationships and partnerships.

Uranus has been shaking up your relationships since last year. 

You may have experienced unexpected developments in a partnership, or found yourself questioning what you actually need from other people. Uranus in Gemini can challenge the way you communicate within relationships but the ask is, can you evolve with your partner, in love or business? Can be handle change together, because if not, then ruptures can form with the planet of separation in this area of your life. But you are a generous and easy going sign, as long as someone shares your values you can move with the flow better than most people!

September 11 – New Moon in Virgo, your 10th house of career, reputation and public identity.

This is an important New Moon for your direction in life. The 10th house is where we think about what we’re building, what we’re known for and what we want to contribute to the world.

You may begin a new professional chapter, take on a different role or decide that your current path needs to change. You could go back to school, buy a course, make plans for a new avenue in your career.  And because the New Moon sextiles Mars in your 8th house, there may be something happening beneath the surface that is helping you make this decision or you’re consulting with your partner who you share your money with and find support there. You need to believe that what you’re doing means something. This is a time where Sagitarrius is questioning their role in the world. This New Moon could help you move closer to something more meaningful. 

September 18 – Chiron moves back into Taurus, your 6th house of work, health, routines and everyday life.

Chiron returning to your 6th house may bring an old wound around productivity, work or your relationship with your everyday responsibilities back into focus.

You may realise you’ve been trying to fit yourself into a role that doesn’t actually suit you. You’ll want to find a way to build into your daily life something that makes you feel better or more authentic. 

September 23; Sun enters Libra, your 11th house of friendships, networks and future aspirations.

The Sun now joins Mercury in your 11th house. Your attention turns towards your future.

You may become more involved with your community, spend more time with friends old and new, reconnect with people who enjoy the same activities as you, or find yourself thinking about where you want to be several years from now.

This is a good time to widen your perspective. Talk to people who think differently from you. Expose yourself to new ideas, groups and hobbies. 

September 26 – Full Moon in Aries, your 5th house of creativity, romance, pleasure and self-expression.

This is the big culmination of the month.

With Neptune conjunct the Full Moon, there could be something idealistic or dreamlike about this period. You may reconnect with a creative dream, fall deeply into something you love, or realise that you feel a bit lost in your love life, or that someone is disappearing from you in some way. 

September 28; Mars enters Leo, your 9th house of travel, higher education, philosophy and the bigger picture.
